We call this the “Tsubo” because of the word’s double meaning, which is reflected in this convertible saber.  “Tsuba” or “Tsubo” denotes the round guard on a Japanese Katana.  Tsubo is also a term used in Asian medicine to denote energy points in the body.  HTC’s full combat Tsubo saber has more than one “personality” as well.  The tsubo itself can be removed to change from a katana-esque look to a more traditional space universe look, and the windowed collar can also be removed to shorten the overall hilt length.  We also sell various claw emitters that can be swapped out for the emitter shown below to create a style similar to our Inquisitor’s Claw.  (More photos to come as we improve our website!)
 
This is a FULL COMBAT saber with three different sound fonts and mute function.  Like all HTC one inch diameter combat sabers, it comes with two blades – both an indestructible combat blade (warrantied for life) and a lighter “con” or “show” blade – in your choice of lengths and tips (round or bullet, no upcharge for bullet tips).  And also, as on all HTC sabers, it has in-hilt recharging.
